Position Description
We are looking for a Wind Industry Technical Sales Representative to promote our specialty chemical solutions designed for wind industry application.

Location: USA (Remote)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote wind energy products and services, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the wind industry, including developers, farm owners, independent service providers, project managers, and manufacturing firms.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in technical sales within the wind energy or related industry.
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, industry regulations, and project development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed (approximately 30-50% travel).
